Main Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst working within our Digital Transformation team, you will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary agile team, responsible for the product development of digital services, ensuring a customer centric, reliable and competitive digital offering.
The team are responsible for the Bank’s corporate and individual online banking channels, including mobile applications.
Working in an agile team environment, you are familiar with agile principles and ceremonies, have an agile mind-set and be able to adapt working approaches when needed to optimise delivery efforts. You also have experience of digital technology, data, and innovation within the financial sector.
You embrace the pace of change, can analyse the marketplace, including the competition, and be able to research customer needs to determine the necessary digital products and services that will optimise and elevate the user experience.
- Setting standards including business analysis governance and guidelines, with a potential opportunity to be part of a center of excellence
- Coaching of less experienced / developmental business analysts, in support of their hands-on learning and career pathway

- Business Situation Analysis: Investigating business situations to define recommendations for improvement action.
- Feasibility Assessment and Business Case Development: Defining, evaluating and describing business change options for financial, technical and business feasibility, and strategic alignment
- Requirements Definition and Management: Managing requirements (e.g. features and stories) through the entire delivery and operational life cycle.
- Business Process Improvement: Creating new and improved approaches to performing business activities.
- Business Modelling: Producing abstract or distilled representations of real-world, business situations.
- Acceptance Testing: Validating systems, products, business processes or services to determine whether the acceptance criteria have been satisfied.
- Organisational Change Management: Planning, designing and implementing activities to transition the organisation and people to the required future state.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Creating new and improved approaches to performing business activities.
- Methods and Tools: Ensuring methods and tools are adopted and used effectively throughout the organisation.
Skills (desirable)
- User Experience Analysis: Developing models and diagrams to represent and communicate data requirements and data assets
- User Experience Design: Product design concepts and prototypes for user interactions with and experiences of a product, system or service
- Customer Experience Design: Product design concepts and prototypes for user interactions with and experiences of a product, system or service
- Product Management: Managing and developing products or services through their full life cycle from inception, growth, maturity, decline to retirements
- Innovation: Identifying, prioritising, incubating and exploiting opportunities provided by information, communication and digital technologies
- Emerging Technology Monitoring: Identifying and assessing new and emerging technologies, products, services, methods and techniques
- User Research: Identifying users' behaviors, needs and motivations using observational research methods
- Data Modelling and Design: Developing models and diagrams to represent and communicate data requirements and data assets
