This includes conducting research, usability testing, developing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and refining visual designs. You will also plan and facilitate workshops to ensure positive customer outcomes. As a strong communicator, you will help teams across the bank understand the value of design, bringing them along the journey to deliver meaningful changes for both colleagues and customers.

- Be proficient in the use of specialist tools such as Figma, to create both wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research, as well as usability testing, to inform design decisions and optimise user experiences, while also considering visual hierarchy and aesthetics.
- Ensure a balance between functionality and visual appeal in all design outputs, contributing to the development of consistent UI elements that align with our brand guidelines.
- Be an advocate for inclusive research and design practices, ensuring all designs comply with accessibility standards.
- Collaborate closely with the UX and visual design teams in Group (Sweden) and other stakeholders to establish and standardise UX and UI practices, including the development and refinement of our design system.
