Job Introduction
You will be responsible for all recruitment administration and coordination to support Talent Acquisition Resourcers and Partners in managing the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to bringing new employees on board.
The successful candidate will have an excellent insight into the organisation and our talent needs as well as contributing towards the wider goal of experienced recruitment by attracting talent to Handelsbanken.
This role will provide development opportunities to strengthen relationship management and communication skills when partnering with peers and stakeholders to enhance our recruiting activities and deliver a great candidate and stakeholder experience.

Job type: Fix term Contract - 6 months
Main Responsibility
- Scheduling and coordinating high volume of interviews between candidates and interviewer panel and ensuring they have all the information required
- Provide support in creating inclusive job adverts and upload those across relevant advertisement channels (i.e. LinkedIn, internal jobboard) as well as ensuring maintenance of HR databases / Excel spreadsheets and organisation and auditing of recruitment and employee files
- Monitoring of the centralised TA coordinator inbox and careers inbox
- Update process documents
- Provide support in interview notes taking
- Develop strong relationships with the TA team as well as across the wider HR team, stakeholders, external providers and candidates
- Ensure that all communication with internal and external stakeholders / candidates is professional
- Manage the onboarding process, renewal and termination of contractors and consultants
- Provide regular reporting
- Organise and help facilitate hiring managers trainings and other recruitment events
- Provide comprehensive support for recruitment projects, process enhancements and audits as well as supporting the wider HR team to further develop skills and gain exposure.
- Operates in line with the Bank’s Risk Management framework (including sub-frameworks) and relevant risk and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate and timely escalation of any concerns to their line manager.
- Provide support in preparing Interview question packs
- Provide support to TA Partners and Resourcers in screening CVs and pre-screening candidates as well as participating in face to face interviews
- Operates in line with the Bank's Risk Management framework (including sub-frameworks) and relevant risk and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate and timely escalation of any concerns to their line manager.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong administration / coordination experience
- Good understanding of the recruitment process
- Ability to handle high volume interview / meeting scheduling
- Ability to create collaborative partnerships with the team, internal and external stakeholders as well as with candidates
- Customer focused to ensure great candidate and hiring manager experience
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organised and efficient as well as been adaptable and able to handle multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
- Strong interest in crafting inclusive job adverts, CV screening
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, word and PowerPoint
- Strong team player
- Exposure using an Applicant tracking system (ATS) would be advantageous.
