Handelsbanken require a Incident Management Consultant who can help define, document and implement an industry standard processes and procedures for security incident management.
The main responsibilities of the Information security incident response analyst role are to:
- Design and implement policy, process and procedures for cyber & data protection incident management
- Interlock Handelsbanken plc’s security incident management with SHB Group Security
- Interlock Handelsbanken plc’s security incident management with SHB Group IT Operations
- Develop dashboards and metrics to report on security incidents
- Work with all suppliers of service to Handelsbanken AB to develop SLAs on dealing with incidents
- Develop and implement playbooks for use by HB plc incident managers
- Train and mentor UKTI incident management teams
- Work with UKTO to develop scenarios for training wider incident teams
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in incident management change delivery
- Experience of incident management in a large corporate environment
- Professional qualifications in incident management and cyber security
- a good understanding of common threat actors and attack methods.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft security tooling or similar
- Able to define and document incident processes
- able to plan, organise and prioritise tasks and projects effectively.
