What we’re looking for

- Experience in Relationship Management and Business Development within the banking sector.
- A background in Mortgage Advice, Premier or Private Banking Relationship management
- Practical experience in Credit Risk.
- A drive to lead and inspire others.
- Passion for customer service and creating lasting relationships.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A mindset focused on growth and development.
