Main Responsibilities
Would you like to explore more about a career in banking?
We are looking for a number of interns to join us this summer, working in a variety of our branches and support functions.
As an intern you’ll follow a structured programme covering all aspects of the Bank’s operations, working alongside specialists in branch or support functions. Giving you a real insight into our culture and organisation. You’ll spend your first few weeks understanding the core principles of our business, before taking on your own responsibilities that will see you gain hands on experience and develop skills for the future in a friendly and supportive environment.
During the programme you will also work with other interns on a business project, giving you the opportunity to further develop your team work, creative thinking and presentation skills.
By the end of the placement you will have delivered work and projects that add value to the Bank, developed your skills and have the potential to continue your career with us.
