Job Introduction
This new role will play an important part in redefining our ways of working with communication & collaboration tools (email, calendar, messaging, video conferencing & telephony) with the primary focus being the various Microsoft 365 applications - Outlook, SharePoint and Teams.
Main Responsibility
Key Responsibilities
- To develop and embed best practice and new ways of working with M365 apps to ensure efficiency savings are achieved, collaboration is improved and customer experience enhanced – this will be a rolling programme as M365 applications are continually updated and therefore this role has the potential to evolve.
- Deliver subject matter expertise of M365 with emphasis in Outlook, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, architectural design, security, migration, management and support of implementations.
- Experience in Azure Active Directory Synchronisation processes. (joining machines, policy administrator, Intune Management).
- Gathering and presenting relevant MI for stakeholders.
- Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
- Providing a support service for users receiving Incidents and Work Requests from Service Desk.
- Experience of dealing with incident, problem and change management processes.
- Stay current of all things M365, including changes & updates, roadmap & releases, and third-party solutions.
- Supporting M365 Program Manager with project status/updates etc.
- Support liaison with Group for delivery of M365 applications (ECCO train in Sweden).
Additional Skills
- An understanding of the technical environment(s) required for these tools would be beneficial.
