Main Responsibilities 

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Manager to join our established Marketing team. This role can be either based in our Tunbridge Wells office where you will work closely with our Marketing Support Manager or in the Woolgate office, where the remaining team is based. 

In this team you will play a key part in delivering integrated marketing activity, with a strong focus on website management, multi-channel distribution, and supporting our client-facing teams with high-quality marketing materials and pitches. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their marketing career who wants hands-on exposure across digital, content, events and communications within the wealth and investment sector.

You will help ensure our content is accurate, well presented, effectively distributed, and aligned across website, email and social channels.

You will operate in line with the Bank's Risk Management framework (including sub-frameworks) and relevant risk and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate and timely escalation of any concerns to their line manager. 


Key Responsibilities

Website & Digital Integration

  • Take day-to-day ownership of the website, including content uploads, regular reviews, and liaising with the website agency to resolve issues
  • Ensure website content aligns with campaign activity and client communications
  • Run and report on monthly website analytics, identifying trends and opportunities
  • Support ongoing website integration and optimisation projects

Client-Facing Marketing Support

  • Support client-facing teams with marketing materials, presentations and pitch documents
  • Maintain and update presentation templates in collaboration with the creative designer
  • Ensure marketing materials are compliant, up to date and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Maintain the Financial Promotions database

Content Distribution & Campaign Execution

  • Lead the relationship with Dotdigital (email campaign system)
  • Build and manage distribution lists using the CRM system
  • Execute email campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting and timely delivery
  • Coordinate multi-channel distribution of content across email, website and social media
  • Act as Social Media champion, identifying opportunities to promote wealth content and collaborating with plc colleagues

Marketing Operations & Coordination

  • Maintain content deliverables calendar and distribution schedules
  • Monitor the Marketing inbox and route requests appropriately
  • Manage internal communications to ensure wealth content remains visible across shared platforms
  • Coordinate corporate events for clients
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team

Essential

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable

  • Experience using email marketing platforms
  • Experience updating website content
  • Exposure to CRM systems
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Experience supporting corporate events
