Job Introduction
Main Responsibilities
- advising on (i) consumer lending, including in particular CCA facilities, as well as regulated mortgage contracts and unregulated lending and (ii) banking products such as accounts, payments, internet banking and our app
- ensuring the Bank’s legal documentation for its products is drafted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales as well as in accordance with applicable regulations, such as COBS, MCOB and the PSRs
- supporting Bank projects relevant to consumer lending and banking products
- identifying, reporting and managing legal risk
