Digital Learning Advisor

Job Introduction

The Human Resources Department are recruiting for a Digital Learning Advisor to join the UK HR team with the workplace London, reporting to the UK L&D Manager.

The role of Digital Learning Advisor requires someone who is creative and collaborative, with a talent for building innovative digital and blended learning solutions. You will have knowledge of and capability in a range of authoring tools and design software, allowing you to create and deliver solutions that are tailored to the audience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating digital solutions which supports the development of our colleagues or raises awareness of HR initiatives, namely Diversity and Inclusion.  They will also be responsible for L&D administration ensuring it  operates efficiently and this is a key part of the role.  

This role will require you to work on a variety of projects ensuring they are delivered on time and to agreed stakeholder expectations.

Main Responsibility

  • Assist with the logistics and planning of a range of blended, online, and face to face learning programmes
  • Manage, co-ordinate and assist the L&D Business partners with the administration of courses
  • Supports the D&I Lead with managing the promotion, session management, evaluation and embedding of Diversity and Inclusion training
  • Supports the D&I Lead and UK L&D Manager with the development of digital resources to raise awareness of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and L&D activity
  • Uses digital content creation tools, such as Canva and Articulate, to develop digital learning content such as eLearning modules, videos, infographics, interactive PDF’s and micro-learning
  • Builds relationships and works with SME’s to transform their content into engaging materials
  • Manages the upload of the digital learning content on to MyDevelopment, our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Acts as a point of contact for queries and providing people with training on the LMS where required
  • Ensures that all Learning and Development content on the HR Portal in relation to Learning and Development and Diversity and Inclusion across the bank is up to date
  • Is responsible for the creation of the quarterly training calendar, evaluation data and any other adhoc reports
  • Co-ordinate and manage the administration of 360’s and other talent management activity, including the co-ordination of talent management data
  • Manage incoming queries from our employees via the L&D and D&I Inbox
  • To undertake projects as directed by the UK L&D Manager   

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft packages and digital content creation tools
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels and represent Handelsbanken effectively
  • The ability to work well with impact with people at all levels
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail and an organised approach to work
