Job Introduction
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of selected components of Handelsbanken’s modernisation agenda, working alongside with the Head of Digital Product and Technical Lead
- Organise delivery of the product roadmap including managing finances and resource profiles
- Ensure the vision is translated into tasks the delivery teams can achieve that add iterative value
- Workstream planning and alignment, as well as risk, issue and dependency management
- Manage adherence to change governance and controls, including identification and management of risks and dependencies
- Advocate for agile and lean practices, guiding teams in their use (delivery stream and affiliated / associated teams), as well as promotion across the organisation
- Promote and drive a culture of continuous improvement: ways of working, identifying and challenging sub-optimal processes, improving the flow of work within the delivery stream, and adopting a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation
- Act as lead for Delivery Management within the department, including line management responsibilities

- C-Suite level communication skills, articulating benefits and issues to non-technical executive audiences
- Able to engage with technical owners on technical matters, and product owners on product matters
- A track record of successfully delivering significant change programme or portfolios using both traditional (waterfall) and agile delivery methods.
- Real world” hands-on experience of the following: Modernisation programmes that involve migration from legacy platforms. Providing leadership and management for teams involved in the delivery of change. Designing and implementing programme level control environments.
- A proactive mindset and approach, able and willing to engage in change initiatives to resolve and mitigate issues
