The opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a candidate to join the Client Reporting team within the Customer Proposition function at Handelsbanken Wealth.
The Client Reporting team is responsible for the delivery and ongoing development of award-winning print and digital reporting solutions for clients, advisers and internal stakeholders. We are seeking an individual with experience in client reporting, investment management, wealth management, or a related financial services environment who can contribute to the delivery of high-quality reporting and support the continued evolution of our reporting capabilities.
This is a business-focused role that works closely with customer-facing teams, investment specialists and operational stakeholders to ensure clients receive accurate, timely and informative reporting. While the team manages sophisticated reporting platforms, including Client Centre the customer investment portal, this is not an IT role. Instead, it requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to broaden their knowledge of investment reporting, regulatory requirements, client communications and reporting system governance within a growing wealth management business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Client Reporting Manager in the delivery of print and digital reporting to a broad client base.
- Assist in the maintenance, enhancement and ongoing governance of the client reporting platform.
- Act as deputy system owner for the reporting system, providing support for issue resolution, testing and business change initiatives.
- Produce bespoke client reporting and coordinate requirements with the Private Office team and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams across the business, including the Investment Team, to develop new reporting solutions and improve existing outputs.
- Monitor and maintain awareness of relevant regulatory and client reporting requirements.
- Ensure all fund and client reporting is produced accurately and delivered within agreed timescales.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance reporting processes and client outcomes.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business to support reporting requirements effectively.

Essential Experience

- Experience delivering reporting outputs to tight deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Good understanding of investment products, portfolios and client reporting requirements.
Desirable
- Experience using client reporting or investment reporting platforms.
- Experience producing bespoke client reporting and client communications.
- Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements within wealth or asset management.
- Experience supporting business change, system enhancements and testing activities
