Main Responsibilities
- You’ll act as a brand communications lead for projects, including product/service launches. This will mean building communications plans, and working with other members of the Communications team to deliver effective and engaging communications both online and offline, to help deliver the right outcomes for customers.
- You’ll be working with the Digital Communications Manager to develop and manage the website so it delivers our strategic objectives, increases engagement with our target audience, and brings the brand to life, based on robust analytics.
- You’ll develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including those that that deliver on opportunities created by the new CRM system.
- You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic planning of the department and how we achieve our goals, based on understanding the evolving needs of our branches and customers.
- You’ll ensure all our communications are accurate, up to date and compliant, and you’ll work in line with our Risk Management framework and relevant risk and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate and timely escalation of any concerns to your line manager.
- The role includes working with a range of internal stakeholders, particularly the Communications team, branch communications representatives, and other internal departments.

- Experience in working in both a digital and offline environment; and in marketing ideally in financial services
- Hands-on experience in working with website content management systems and analytics
- Experience in building marketing capability using CRM systems
- The ability to use digital communications in a one-to-one, relationship marketing environment
- Experience in working without agencies
- Confident in briefing in/delivering written content
- The ability to drive through ideas to implementation, directly and with other and to be able to manage a range of stakeholders, being collaborative and flexible but equipped to challenge where necessary
- Highly organised and a self-starter with the flexibility to work across a range of requirements, but the ability to work successfully in a team
- Strategic thinking and a creative aptitude
