The opportunity
We are recruiting for an Associate Client Director (Wealth Administrator) to join the Handelsbanken Wealth team to initially support a project to embed and deliver a new process to support our Client Directors and Paraplanning Team with the construction of review reports to include cash flow modelling.
This role is part time working 4 days a week (28 hours) and we can be flexible on the days you work. This is based in our Manchester office with the requirement for the successful candidate to travel to the other offices on occasion.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting Client Directors and the wider Wealth Advice / Paraplanning team in the preparation and completion of annual review reports.
- Extracting, updating and Inputting date into cashflow modelling tools to update client information and produce outputs that help demonstrate ongoing suitability as part of the annual review process.
- Preparing, updating and checking documentation and supporting information required for annual client reviews.
- Ensuring client data, valuations and supporting information are accurately recorded and kept up to date across internal systems and review documentation.
- Liaising with third parties including Pension and Offshore Bond providers to update data as required.
- Assisting with the collation of information required to support suitability reporting, including policy, investment and planning data where appropriate.
- Providing general administrative support to the Wealth Advice Administration / Paraplanning team, helping to ensure work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
- Supporting ad hoc team requirements, including document preparation, process support and follow-up actions arising from client review work.
- Contributing to ad hoc projects and team initiatives designed to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery (i.e. Iron Mountain / ad hoc testing).
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to support a consistent and effective approach to client servicing and annual reviews.
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality when handling client information and documentation.
- Supporting the Client Directors specifically in meeting annual review deadlines.

- Studying towards a relevant regulated financial planning qualification (e.g. CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning) is preferred but not essential.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience of Data Input.
- Ability to liaise with staff and external parties at all levels.
- Experience of Voyant / cashflow skills is desirable.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word Skills.
